If you notice any of these issues within a year of your purchase, just let us know, and we’ll happily replace your jewelry at no cost to you.

How to Claim Your Guarantee?
1. If you purchased the jewelry:
Just send us an email at customercare@meramerah.com with:
- A clear photo of your jewelry
- A description of the defect
- Your full name
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation)
2. If the jewelry was a gift:
No problem! Email us at customercare@meramerah.com with:
- The name of the person who placed the order or the order number
- A clear photo of the jewelry
- A description of the defect
- Your shipping address for any replacements
Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review it with the attention it deserves. We reserve the right to repair or replace items based on our prior assessment. Good news: if we need to repair or replace your jewelry, we'll extend your warranty by an additional year!
