MY ORDER

Can I cancel or change my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation yet and would like to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can at support@meramerah.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships, but we can’t guarantee it will be possible in every case.

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?

We’re really sorry to hear that you received a defective product! To help us resolve this, take a picture or video of the item that clearly shows the defect and email it to us at support@meramerah.com along with your order number.

I have not received an order or shipping confirmation, what now?

In case you haven’t received the confirmation email please check your spam folder. Also, please double-check that you used the correct email address when placing your order. If you think you might have entered the wrong one, just drop us a line at support@meramerah.com and we’ll be happy to update it for you! 

What can I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, please check the box and any pouches carefully to make sure the item isn’t hidden somewhere. If it’s still missing, please take a picture or video of the package, the content of the shipping box, and the delivery note, and send it to us at support@meramerah.com. We’ll get back to you quickly with a solution!

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after making a purchase. It’s located in the top right corner of the email. As a registered customer you can see the order number also in your account under “Orders” section.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?

We’re excited to get your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is confirmed we’ll ship it out to you in 1-2 business days. Shipping costs vary based on your location. You can find a list of our delivery areas and shipping costs in the table on Shipping & Returns page or during the checkout process.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you are registered you can see expected delivery date as well as the tracking number also in your account profile under “Orders.” This way, you can easily keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you! 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost whole Europe and USA, you can find more details on Shipping & Returns page.

Do I have to pay additional taxes and/ or customs on my order?

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once they arrive in your destination country. Unfortunately, these potential additional fees will not be covered or refunded by MERA MERAH. 

Since import duties and taxes can vary from country to country, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information before placing your order. 

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we don’t offer overseas shipping just yet, but we’re excited to share that it’s definitely on our radar for the future! As we continue to grow, we hope to bring the special jewelry to customers around the world.

Can I have my order sent to a packing station?

We currently don’t offer the option to have your order delivered to a Packstation. Our only delivery method is to your home address through our trusted carrier.

We want to make sure your precious jewelry arrives safely and securely in your hands, which is why we choose home delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I return my order?

It depends whether you have created account with MERA MERAH or you processed the purchase as a guest. 

  1. Registered Customers - If you’re a registered customer, just log into your account and find the specific order that includes the item you want to return. Click on “Request Return,” which will guide you step by step through the return process. Once you select the return reason and submit your request, it will be sent to our support team for review and they’ll provide you with the next steps!
  2. Non-registered Customers - For customers who don’t have an account with MERA MERAH, simply send an email to support@meramerah.com stating the reason for your return and your order number. Once we receive your request, our support team will evaluate it and get back to you with instructions as soon as possible.

Is an exchange possible?

Due to our limited stock, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. We can’t guarantee that your desired size or color will be available, that's why we recommend returning your item for a full refund of the item price (please note that shipping costs are not refundable) and then placing a new order for the item you’d like.

What are the return conditions?

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you need to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receipt

  • All pieces must be returned in perfect condition, with all boxes and pouches complete and undamaged.
  • We kindly ask that all items be unworn, as we cannot offer refunds for jewelry that is damaged or shows signs of wear.
  • We accept returns also for earrings but we ask that you don’t try these on before sending back.
  • Please use the original return packaging to help keep everything safe.
Do you offer free returns? 

To help reduce CO2 emissions and waste, we don’t offer free returns. Our support team is here to assist you in organizing a return label, or you’re welcome to send the package yourself - just please be sure to include the sender’s information on the package and include the packing slip you received in the original shipment. We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number to make sure your parcel is secured in case of damage or loss. 

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your return. Once it’s processed, the credit or debit card you used for the purchase will be credited with the price of the item only, minus the return costs if you used a MERA MERAH’s return label. Please keep in mind that your credit card company may take a couple of days to reflect this in your account. 

Also please note that we can only credit the card that was used for the original purchase.

What materials are used at MERA MERAH?

At MERA MERAH, we take great care in collaborating with designers who pride themselves on creating beautiful handmade jewelry. The unique pieces are crafted from recycled materials or locally sourced materials whenever possible.You’ll find a lovely variety of materials in our collections, including gold, silver, beads, pearls, various gems, as well as glass, plexiglass and others.

How do I best care for the jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking radiantly beautiful for years to come, be sure to check out our Jewelry Care section on our website. There, you'll find all the tips you need for care, storage, and cleaning!

Can I wear the jewelry in water?

To keep your jewelry sparkling for years to come, we recommend taking it off before showering or swimming, except for solid gold pieces without gemstones or pearls. To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, it's best to avoid contact with shower gels, soaps, shampoos, chlorine, and salt water.

For jewelry featuring pearls and gemstones, make sure to keep them dry to maintain their natural shine. 

While gold, plated, vermeil, filled or sterling silver pieces can handle occasional water contact, be sure to rinse them thoroughly with clean water afterward. However, for the longest-lasting shine, it's best to keep these pieces as dry as possible.

How do I determine my ring size?

Determining your ring size is easy! We recommend checking out our Size Guide section on the website, where you’ll find helpful tips and tools to find your perfect fit. Whether you’re measuring at home or using one of your existing rings, we’ve got you covered.

Is it possible to have a jewelry personalized?

While we don’t offer that option right now, we’re excited to share that we’ll be introducing personalized pieces in collaboration with our designers in the near future. Stay tuned for updates - we can’t wait to bring this to you!

In our commitment to fair pricing, we don’t typically offer regular discounts or coupon codes. However, we do have limited offers during special occasions!To be the first to hear about these exciting offers, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter, so we can keep you in the loop!

Where can I find my invoice?

I'm having a problem with payment - what can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your payment!

First, try placing your order using a different browser - sometimes that can do the trick! If that doesn’t work, you might want to clear your browser cache and cookies.
