  • Please be aware that Austrian public holidays may affect your expected delivery date.
  • Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ship it out to you in 1-2 business days.
  • MERA MERAH does not cover or refund any import duties and taxes on shipments outside of the EU.

RETURNS:

Return Conditions

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you need to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

  • All pieces must be returned in perfect condition, with all boxes and pouches complete and undamaged.
  • We kindly ask that all items be unworn, as we cannot offer refunds for jewelry that is damaged or shows signs of wear.
  • We accept returns also for earrings but we ask that you don’t try these on before sending back.
  • Please use the original return packaging to help keep everything safe.

To help reduce carbon emissions and waste, we don’t offer free returns. Our support team is here however to assist you in organizing a return label, or you’re welcome to send the package yourself – just please be sure to include the sender’s information on the package and include the packing slip you received in the original shipment. We recommend sending the package insured and with a tracking number to make sure your parcel is secured in case of damage or loss.

Registered Customers - If you’re a registered customer, just log into your account and find the specific order that includes the item you want to return. Click on “Request Return,” which will guide you step by step through the return process. Once you select the return reason and submit your request, it will be sent to our support team for review and they’ll provide you with the next steps!

Non-registered Customers - For customers who don’t have an account with MERA MERAH, simply send an email to support@meramerah.com stating the reason for your return and your order number. Once we receive your request, our support team will evaluate it and get back to youwith instructions as soon as possible. 

Note: Please keep in mind that the acceptance of a return is subject to review and approval by the MERA MERAH team.

As soon as we receive your return, we process your refund within 10 working days. Once it’s processed, the credit or debit card you used for the purchase will be credited with the price of the item only, minus the return costs if you used a MERA MERAH’s return label. Please keep in mind that your credit card company may take a couple of days to reflect this in your account. 

Also please note that we can only credit the card that was used for the original purchase.
